I strongly believe that in any issue, the devil lies in the detail and one needs to look through carefully. I give importance to procedures and protocols. The aim of my voluntary work at HRÖ will be to standardize the procedures for proper functioning of the organization and to see that the procedures are so established that nobody can hijack the organization in the future.
