Dr. Ram Vinay Pandey is a scientist, innovator, and entrepreneur based in Vienna. He currently serves as a Senior Scientist/Project Leader at the Medical University of Vienna and is the Founder and CEO of NextGen Immuno Therapeutics. His work focuses on computational biology, artificial intelligence, and precision medicine, developing innovative solutions for immune-related diseases such as Graft-versus-Host Disease (GVHD), autoimmune disorders, and immune-oncology.

Dr. Pandey has been living in Vienna for almost 18 years. He completed his PhD at the Austrian Institute of Technology & University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (BOKU) and later conducted postdoctoral research at the Karolinska Institutet. His journey from student to researcher to entrepreneur reflects dedication, perseverance, and innovation, inspiring many young students and researchers in Austria.

His cutting-edge research has resulted in 42 peer-reviewed scientific publications, earning over 3,760 citations and an h-index of 26 according to Google Scholar, reflecting his significant contributions to precision medicine and translational biomedical research. He has also participated in numerous international conferences and scientific events as a speaker and expert.

Through his research and entrepreneurial activities, Dr. Pandey has secured competitive funding from Austria’s leading innovation agencies, including the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) and Austria Wirtschaftsservice (AWS), demonstrating his ability to transform scientific ideas into impactful research programs and innovative startups.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Pandey is deeply committed to community engagement. He currently serves as Vice President 2 of the Hinduistische Religionsgesellschaft in Österreich (HRÖ), where he actively supports students, researchers, professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs by providing mentorship, career guidance, networking opportunities, and guidance on research and innovation.

His vision is to build a strong, connected, and forward-looking Hindu community in Austria, empowering the next generation academically, professionally, and entrepreneurially.
